Elkhorn Peak hosted its first-ever Winemaker Dinner, a two night event that spanned Valentine's Day weekend -- it was a celebration of love, wine, and exquisite dining. The ambiance was intimate, with roses everywhere, and it was hosted at a charming, locally loved restaurant in American Canyon called Valentina’s Kitchen.
For two nights only, Valentina’s Kitchen was closed to the public and reserved just for Elkhorn Peak guests. The evening featured a four-course prix fixe menu, thoughtfully crafted to complement our finest wines. Each dish highlighted fresh, seasonal ingredients, bringing out the best in every sip and bite.
